DQ fans spring into action by creating memorable moments and making a difference in how Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, cares for kids. March 19th is Free Cone Day at DQ, and at participating locations, you can Dip it for Kids by donating $1. Donations benefit Mid Atlantic Dairy Queen’s $5 million commitment to CHKD’s mental health initiative.
