This year, they are hosting their Coin Campaign from April 7 – May 25 and UPC Scan Campaign from April 21 – May 18. During this time, they invite Wawa customers to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and donate in store to support our local member hospital – Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) – and help kids throughout Hampton Roads and beyond.

Children’s Hospitals are on the frontlines of pediatric care, ensuring kids receive the best treatments available. However, they rely on community support to continue their lifesaving work. Donations go directly to funding urgent needs, advancing life-saving research, and improving patient care at CHKD.

Your donation makes a real impact on children like Tucker, whose seemingly harmless fall led to a devastating discovery: a brain tumor. Tucker’s world changed overnight, facing surgery, chemotherapy, and the challenge of relearning to walk and talk. But at CHKD, he found more than just medical treatment. The playroom, filled with games and activities, became his refuge, and the compassionate acre of the staff eased his fears. Today, Tucker is cancer-free, embracing life with newfound strength and gratitude.

Thanks to donations, CHKD provided Tucker with a safe and comforting environment, empowering him to face his challenges with courage and resilience.

You will have the opportunity to donate $1, $3, or $5 to your purchase for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals or round up at self-check-out. Every dollar stays local and helps provide critical pediatric equipment, research funding and other program needs.
